How can I buy a domain name from your company?

Once the domain is ready for purchase and transfer you will receive an email containing further instructions. We will set up a buy page on the domain and you will be able to purchase it by visiting the domain name itself. We use the third party for payments. Please note that we don't take any payments over the phone.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also offer PayPal, Payoneer and Escrow. Please note that we are willing to set up transactions only for domains that cost more than $300 and pay half the fee for their services as a sign of good will.

Do you handle payments yourself?

We use a leading payment processor that is certified with the Better Business Bureau, European and US Safe Harbor laws. All transactions are encrypted with 128-bit SSL encryption and leverage McAfee and Thawte for security.

Is this a one time payment and are there any additional fees?

This is a one time payment and we will never bill you again for the same domain. Please note that we also give you one year of free registration ( unless stated otherwise in our emails) alongside with the domain. However, We do need to inform you that you will have to renew your domain after one year of registration expires. Should you decide to keep the domain with us, the renewal will cost $15/per year.

What kind of money back guarantee do you offer?

If you are dissatisfied with our service, for any reason you might have, we are willing to fully refund your money back within 14 days of purchase.

Do I get any proof of domain ownership?

The norm for proof of domain ownership is a "Whois" search on the internet and such information is kept by online registrars. The registrar keeps records of the contact information and submits the technical information to a central directory known as the Registry We reccomend or in case you need to check ownership of any domain. We also set up buy pages on our domain that are for sale. Only the owner has the full control of the domain and can set up a buy page on it.

How will I get full control and ownership of the domain?

Once you complete the purchase we will email you access credentials that you should use in order to log in to our domain panel and manage your new domain. At that point you will have the full control and exclusive registration rights to the domain.

Will I be able to move the domain to my preferred registrar?

Will I be able to move the domain to my preferred registrar? Yes. However, certain domains can be transferred to your preferred registrar only after the first 60 days period of registration. This is in line with ICANN regulations and they apply to all registrars. To find out more, please visit the following link :

In the meantime the domain will have to stay with the current registrar. There is NO need to buy hosting or any other package and you can redirect the domain to your current site for free. You can use any hosting provider you like.

How do I know you will transfer the domain?

Just for arguments sake, if you are dissatisfied with our services we are bound to issue a refund by our third party ( unless it's been more than one year since the domain purchase ). Generally speaking, the worst case scenario is you getting your money back.

What happens if I don't transfer my new domain on time?

Please make sure to respond back to our emails regarding the domain push or domain transfer in timely fashion. If we don't hear back from you after one year we will let the domain expire. In that case a refund is not possible.

How do I redirect this new domain to my existing one?
